Integration assessment and data mapping
Turn your integration needs into a reviewable blueprint.
We map your current tech stack, the sales process or operational handoff, and the records each team needs. Data mapping identifies the fields, relationships, transformation rules and source of truth for each important value.
The assessment covers your data model, required permissions, sync direction, expected timing and known constraints. You receive an approach recommendation, implementation boundaries and acceptance tests before the build is agreed.
Integration implementation and quality assurance
Build the approved workflow and test the result.
Implementation can include configuring an available connection, using an integration platform or developing custom integrations where the agreed requirements call for them. We check normal behavior and exception handling logic, including missing values, duplicate events and interrupted requests.
Testing verifies the destination's CRM data and business outcome. A successful API response alone does not complete acceptance. Rollout, documentation and responsibilities are agreed with your system owners.
Managed integration care
Know who looks after the connection after launch.
A care agreement can include monitoring checks, failure investigation, reconciliation, escalation and reviews of changes to integrated systems. Coverage hours, response expectations and included work are agreed in writing.
Monitoring, incident recovery and new feature development are different responsibilities. Your agreement identifies what is included, who can approve a change and how unresolved issues are escalated.
