How priorities work

A repair queue
you can explain.

The default score weighs impact at 70% and urgency at 30%. Both use a four-point scale, with the result expressed out of 100.

Critical impact or Immediate urgency always escalates to P0, even if the other severity field is incomplete. Other failures with missing severity stay in triage.

These are Selworthy’s editable planning rules. They are not HubSpot requirements or a certification of portal health. Review coverage and pass rate are reported separately.

P0

Escalate for review.

Critical impact or Immediate urgency. Ask the responsible owner to assess the finding.

P1

Plan the next repair.

A default weighted priority score of 75 or higher, unless the P0 rule applies.

P2

Schedule the improvement.

A default weighted score from 50 to 74.

P3

Keep it in the backlog.

A default weighted score below 50. Unreviewed checks never count as passes.

From review to follow-through

Keep the context with the finding.

Evidence references, responsible roles, target dates and repair verification belong in one review.

01 / REVIEW

Start with the evidence.

Work through a defined set of checks. Record what you can verify and leave unknowns visible.

02 / PRIORITIZE

Decide what matters next.

Separate urgent findings from planned improvements, with impact and urgency rules you can inspect.

03 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Make the next step clear.

Give each finding a responsible role, a target date and a place to record repair verification.

Before you begin

A few useful
answers.

Know what the scorecard does and what stays with your team.

What is a HubSpot portal audit?

A HubSpot portal audit is a structured review of account access, CRM data, processes and measurement. This scorecard gives you a defined set of manual checks, evidence prompts and a place to prioritize the findings.

Does it connect to or change my HubSpot account?

No. This is a guided self-assessment. You inspect your own portal and enter brief findings. The tool does not scan your CRM, import contacts, change workflows or perform repairs.

Can I save my answers and come back?

You can save your progress in the Excel workbook and reopen it whenever you need. The online workspace is in final testing; cloud saving is not available yet.

What should I put in the evidence fields?

Use short descriptions, responsible roles and pseudonymous references. Do not enter passwords, API keys, personal customer records or sensitive client data. The five inventories hold small samples, not full CRM exports.

Is the score a measure of overall portal health?

No. Review coverage shows how many checks you have answered. Pass rate covers applicable checks that have been reviewed. Failed checks receive a planning priority; the scorecard is not a security certification or a guarantee that a portal has no other issues.

What can I take away from the review?

The Excel scorecard includes the review checks, priority rules, repair backlog and supporting inventories. Save the file on your device to keep your work. Check each format’s contents before sharing your assessment.
