The Challenge

Ramp was growing fast but lacked a unified view of their revenue operations. Sales, marketing, and finance each had their own spreadsheets and dashboards, creating data silos that slowed decision-making.

What We Built

We designed and developed a custom growth dashboard on HubSpot CMS that pulls data from HubSpot CRM, marketing analytics, and financial systems into one unified view. The dashboard features real-time metrics, interactive drill-downs, and automated weekly snapshots sent to leadership.

The Results

Leadership now has a single source of truth for all revenue metrics. The executive team reduced their weekly reporting meeting from 90 minutes to 15 minutes because everyone arrives already aligned on the numbers.
